OVIcopilots User Guide

The OVIcopilots are unique to our OVI Home Hedge Fund subscription. They are used as a semi automated trading solution to generate quick trading ideas.


Our semi-automated model consist of the:

  • OVI Idea Generator

  • OVIcopilot (v2.1)


The OVI Idea Generator lists optimal OVI setups on a daily basis while the OVIcopilot is a more quant-based algorithmic model. 

Access to the OVI Copilots are reserved only to our Home Hedge Fund and WiseTraders Summit members.


OVI Idea Generator

The OVI Idea Generator generates OVI setups based on three main strategies:

  • Big Money Footprints

  • Ace Mini

  • Medium Term Swing Timer


The number of new ideas generated will depend on current market conditions. You can view the list of stock ideas by clicking on the “New Ideas” link located beside each of the relevant strategies. 


We are currently working on integrating the OVI charts to the list of generated stock ideas. Once this is done, you can then view the stock’s OVI charts by clicking on the  “Export List to OVI Charts” button within the idea results page. Please note that this button is currently not ready for use yet. 

For more information on the different strategies, click on the information button next to the relevant strategy. 


OVIcopilot v2.1

The OVIcopilot v2.1 has two distinct models:

  • Pure OVIcopilot

  • Flag OVIcopilot


All OVICopilot models are currently long-only for S&P 500 stocks. There will typically be no trades generated when markets are bearish. Therefore, these models are best used in bullish market conditions. 

Trades will usually be generated when the OVI Sentiment Indicator (OVIsi) is green. You can use either or both models then. 


You can view the list of trade ideas by clicking on the “New Orders/Alter Stops” link located beside each of the relevant OVICopilot models.

The Copilot models are divided into four main sections: New Orders, Working Trades, Closed Trades and Orders Not Triggered. Information on the different sections and instructions on how to use them are available when you click into the relevant sections.

We are currently working on integrating the OVI charts to the list of generated trade ideas.
