How do I return a physical manual for a refund (UK only)

If you are within your trial period please send your manual back to the address below.

Please include your name and address clearly inside the package so that it can be identified to your order on receipt.

The easiest way of achieving that is to enclose a printout of your invoice, or your welcome email, and add your postal address.

The refund process can only begin once your package is received so we highly recommend that you use a trackable postage service in case it should get lost.
