When does the 30 days trial period start and end?
As all materials are available online, which you have access to immediately once your 'Welcome' email is sent out, within moments of your order.
So, any trial or 30-day refund period offered with the product starts on the day of registration, and ends 30 days later.
If you do not receive your log-in details in a 'Welcome' email very soon after signing up, please email support@wisetraders.com as a matter of urgency.
We may consider, upon reasonable request, extending your trial period if you obtained the product directly from us.
If you obtained the product through an authorised distributor, please seek their advice.
If they agree an extension with you, we will honour it. Please forward a copy of any extension agreement that your reach with them to support@wisetraders.com
