Stock Profile User Guide
The Stock Profile is essentially an expansion of the stock information section of the OVI charts.
Accessing the Stock Profile
There are two ways to access to access the stock profile:
Key in the company name or stock ticker into the search bar
2) Via the Watchlist app
Click on the “Stock Profile” tab in the Watchlist app
Understanding the Stock Profile
A) Global Sections
The Stock Profile app is divided into three global sections: Stock Information, Watchlist, Qualifying Fast Filter Strategies.
This contains additional information on the stock such as the stock’s sector, industry and market cap.
You can access the stock’s YahooFinance data by clicking on the company logo or stock ticker.
Hovering your mouse cursor over the individual icons will display the icon’s description.
This section gives you a quick overview of the stock’s location within the watchlist app. You can add the stock to an existing watchlist or create a new watchlist with the stock when you access the stock profile from the Menu bar (located at the top of the page).
This section will highlight the relevant TradeFinders that are currently producing the stock as a result. Click on the number circle (at the right of the TradeFinder name) to display information on the fast filter that is producing this result
B) Additional Sections (Applicable when launched from menu bar)
The Stock Profile will display two additional sections when launched from the menu bar. This will be the OVI Chart and Journal sections.
Displays an older version of the OVI charts which does not show information on the big money bias and big money footprints.
You will be able to create new journal entries on the stock here. This section will be populated if you have previously created entries for the stock
