First work through the on-line training and take notes as you go.
Many subscribers go through the education several times.
Go at your own pace, its better to understand it than to finish quickly.
Once you have a basic feel for it, an hour a day is roughly the time you’ll need to look for opportunities, very often, especially as your experience grows, it will be far less.
20 minutes a day is what you should be aiming for.
Always start, gently, in a paper trading or demo account, preferably one supplied by your chosen broker, so that you get to understand their own terminology and order types by which you open, close, and take profits from your positions.

The OVI is derived from, amongst other things, options volume, open interest and implied volatility. The OI component can only be updated at end-of-day, so unfortunately the OVI cannot be intra-day.
